Our house rules - for an enjoyable evening for everyone
A visit to PLT should be pleasant and safe for everyone. By entering our theatres, you agree to our house rules. Read the most important points below.
Read the complete house rules here
Come on time
We like to start our performances on time. After the start, we cannot guarantee your place.
Admission is only possible if:
- the company has no objection
- the audience is not disturbed
- there are easily accessible, unoccupied seats
Give your phone a break
Give your smartphone or tablet a night off, too. Turn your device off or on aeroplane mode so no one is disturbed by sound or light.
Making recordings? Only with permission
You may not take photographs, video or sound recordings without the permission of PLT, the company or the organiser. If this is allowed at a performance, we will let you know in advance.
Food and drink at the venue
Taking food or drinks into the auditorium is not allowed. Even refreshments bought in the theatre are not allowed into the auditorium - except for stag concerts in the LIMBURG auditorium.
Smoking and substance use
Smoking is prohibited in our theatres. Using, dealing or carrying narcotics is not allowed.
Age limit
For regular performances, the minimum age is 2 years. On our website, we always state an age recommendation for youth performances. You may deviate from this, but please note that we cannot guarantee that the performance is suitable for younger children.
For babies and toddlers up to 2 years old, we organise special Baby and Toddler-Preschooler Performances - tailored to our youngest guests.
At the cloakroom, you can bring a booster seat free of charge to ensure that young visitors have good visibility.
General terms and conditions
When visiting PLT, the General Visitor Conditions of the VSCD apply. These are filed with the Amsterdam District Court, number 66/2012.
Your privacy at PLT
