Buying tickets? The easy way to arrange it

At some performances we work with secure tickets. Secure tickets are personal tickets that we link to your mobile number. This prevents illegal reselling and gives you extra security about your order.

How to order
First confirm your mobile number in the ordering process. Then you can order your tickets.

After completing your order
After your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation with e-ticket contains

• your seats
• not yet a barcode (this is not the ticket)

Your valid e-ticket
Your valid e-ticket with barcode is available 2 hours before the performance via the secure ticket portal. You log in to the secure ticket portal with the mobile number you used to order the tickets.

Keep the confirmation e-mail so that you have the link to the portal to hand.

Ticket draw

If there is high demand for a performance, we work with a ticket draw. Then we distribute the tickets by drawing lots. This gives everyone a fair chance. We explain how it works below.

1. You register within a fixed period, which is often 72 hours.
   It doesn't matter when you register* within this period, after the registration closes we start the draw.
2. After the draw
   • Have you been selected?
     Then you will receive an e-mail with a payment link for your tickets.
     You then have 48 hours to complete your order.
     Is that not possible in time? Then your tickets will go to someone else
   • Did you draw?
     Even then you will be notified.
     Sometimes places become available later. In that case, a new draw will take place. So keep a close eye on your e-mail. After your order.
3. After payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This contains your assigned seats but no barcode (this is also not your admission ticket).
4. Your e-ticket with barcode is available 2 hours before curtain-up via the secure ticket portal. Here you log in with the mobile number you used to order the tickets. Keep the confirmation e-mail. It contains the link to the portal.

*Please note: we use secure tickets for this performance. You can only order if your phone number is verified. Log in to your account and go to My details > Verify account. Follow the steps and check that your mobile number is correct.

Always wanted to enjoy a reserved table for the whole evening? With a drink beforehand, during the interval and afterwards? At PLT it is possible! Your table is ready with a name tag, so you know exactly where to sit.

Reservations can be made up to 2 days before the performance, online or at the box office.

We may invalidate tickets bought through other channels .

Pleasenote: do not buy tickets through unauthorised outlets and websites. You often pay too much and will not get a refund in case of cancellation. Tickets from resellers do not guarantee entry
