Going to theatre can be truly magical for children. As soon as the lights dim, a world full of imagination opens up. You watch with wide eyes, enchanted by everything that happens. In theatre, you discover something new, are surprised and learn to dream. A performance can make you laugh, give you goose bumps or change your view of the world. For a moment, you are completely different - in the middle of an adventure.
Yet going to the theatre is not something every child takes for granted. That is why we do our best to make it possible for all children to experience theatre - and you can help.
Become a Friend of PLT and pass on the magic
Do you want to contribute to a future full of theatre, music, dance and wonder? As a Friend of PLT you make it possible. For yourself and for the next generation.
At least half of your contribution goes directly to cultural education in South Limburg. So you give children and young people the chance to discover theatre, stimulate their creativity and explore new worlds.
For just €34.50 per season, you support a lively cultural South Limburg and enjoy great benefits yourself:

- You receive free tickets for one of the specially selected Friends performances.

€34.50 per season, your donation to cultural education is €17.25.
As a Friend of PLT, you receive:

Your contribution makes a difference
Friends of PLT ensure that children from all over South Limburg can discover theatre. Thanks to their support, thousands of pupils are introduced to theatre, dance and music. For many it is their very first theatre visit.
A practical education pupil said after a performance, " Madam, when can we go to the theatre again?" He was 13, and had never seen a performance before.
Aniek Pasmans, education programmer:
"We want to welcome children, young people and students to our theatre without barriers. For that, we need our Friends. Thanks to their support, we can keep ticket prices low - and sometimes even eliminate them altogether. In this way, we create space to develop and offer young visitors an experience that stays."

Friend of schrit_tmacher just dance! festival
Help give dance a place in the Euregion, now and for the next generation.
schrit_tmacher just dance! is the festival for contemporary dance in the Euroregion. Since 1995, the festival has brought together well-known international companies with young dance talent from home and abroad. Every year, with a varied programme, we show how dance connects people - across borders, generations and cultures.
Friend of Cultura Nova festival
Contribute to the development of regional talent and experimental performing arts.
Cultura Nova is the place where young performing talent from Limburg gets a stage and can grow. Every year, we support an average of 20 co-productions with young makers. We not only provide them with space and guidance, but also with an audience that is curious about new work.
Annual renewal & cancellation
A Friend membership continues until you cancel. Every year we automatically renew it in March/April for the new theatre season. We inform you about this well in time.
