Rooms at Theater Kerkrade - finding your way around
At Theater Kerkrade, it is unfortunately not possible to drop someone off directly in front of the main entrance. You can be dropped off at the Theatre Square car park .
- From there it is about a 50-metre walk to the entrance.

Kerkrade Theatre has two halls: the Great Hall and the MF Hall. Each hall has its own place in the building and its own route to it.
Main Hall
- Located on the 1st floor
- Accessible by stairs
- Or take the lift, useful if you are less agile
MF Hall
- Located on the ground floor, slightly lower than the entrance hall
- Accessible via a small flight of stairs
- Or use the wheelchair lift

Wheelchair spaces in our halls
Where are the wheelchair spaces in the Great Hall?
In the Main Hall of Theatre Kerkrade, wheelchair spaces are located in row 12. Due to the dimensions of the lift, maximum sizes for wheelchairs apply. These include fold-out pieces such as footrests.

- Max. 125 cm long, 90 cm wide
- The attendant sits in row 12 directly next to the wheelchair or a bit away from it
Where are the wheelchair spaces located in the MF Hall?
In the MF Hall, wheelchair spaces are in the first row. Due to the dimensions of the lift, maximum sizes for wheelchairs apply. These sizes include foldouts, such as footrests.

- Max. 140 cm long, 90 cm wide
- Companion sits directly next to the wheelchair
Walking disabilities
Not all places in the Great Hall of Theater Kerkrade are equally accessible for people with walking difficulties. Below you can read what is and is not possible.
Main Hall
- The Main Hall can be reached by lift . It comes out between rows 12 and 13.
- Visually impaired? Then ask for a seat in rows 12 or 13 - they are closest to the lift and can be reached without stairs.
- The other rows run up or down stairs.
- Please note: there is no banister from row 18 onwards!

Are you visiting Theatre Kerkrade with a disabled parking badge? Then there is parking close to the entrance.
Theatre Square
- 2 disabled parking spaces
- Located on the square in front of the main entrance
- You can park here with a disabled pass
- The first hour is free, after that the normal hourly rate applies
