Is there a cloakroom available?
Yes, in all our theatres. In Theater Heerlen and Theater Kerkrade, the cloakroom is guarded and costs €1 to use. In Toon Hermans Theater Sittard, there is an unguarded cloakroom, which you can use for free.
I'm late, what should I do?
We like to start our performances on time. If you are late anyway, we cannot guarantee admission or seating.
Admission is only possible if:
- The company has no objection
- The audience is not disturbed
- There are easily accessible, unoccupied seats
Does the performance have no intermission? Then you are more likely not to be able to enter. You can then watch the performance in the foyer via a screen.
Can I reserve an intermission drink?
For performances in the Main Halls in Theater Heerlen, Theater Kerkrade and Toon Hermans Theater Sittard, you can order your interval drink at the bar before curtain-up. We will prepare it for you. In other theatres and for hot drinks, pre-ordering is unfortunately not possible.
What is the route to PLT and where can I park?
PLT is the collective name of three theatres: Theatre Heerlen, Theatre Kerkrade and the Toon Hermans Theatre Sittard. You can find everything about the theatres' accessibility (broken down by theatre) here.
Is the theatre accessible for the disabled and hearing impaired?
PLT consists of three theatres, and all three are equipped with facilities for the disabled and hearing impaired.

Yes, you can bring your assistance dog or guide dog to the theatre. Book your tickets for this via our box office (045-5716607).
I lost something during my visit, what should I do?
Send an email to info@plt.nl with a brief description of the item and where you think you left it.
Is it allowed to take photos and videos during performances/concerts?
No, photo, video or sound recordings are not permitted without prior permission from PLT, the company or the organiser. If it is allowed for a specific performance, we will let you know clearly in advance.
