The story that gently breaks your heart and heals it again
When Emile is diagnosed with juvenile Alzheimer's, he decides to leave his safe but suffocating environment behind. On impulse, he buys a camper van and posts a call for a travelling companion. The mysterious Joanne responds. Together they embark on an unexpected road trip that confronts them with memories, desires and the question of how to live on when the future is so uncertain.

Al het blauw van de hemel is a brand new musical theatre piece based on Mélissa Da Costa's bestseller of the same name. Buddy Vedder and Shelley Bos play the lead roles in this intimate, lived-in musical play, directed by Daan Wijnands, with lyrics by Max Roijé and music by Mark Kuypers.
