A slapstick comedy full of chases, merry fights and friendship from unexpected quarters.
Sjef the Mouse loses his home when his tree is cut down without mercy. He flees and finds refuge under a log cabin in the forest. Beech the Lumberjack, is not happy about this. That mouse has to go, at any cost. When Owl the owl also comes around the corner, chaos is complete. Beech, Sjef and Owl become increasingly entangled in their fight for the forest. But to whom does the forest really belong?

Beuk! is a physical rollercoaster in which the audience is drawn into a cartoon-like world, full of spectacular chases, fights and comical falls. High-level slapstick with lots of throwing and smashing. But above all, this winner of the Silver Cricket 2024 for 'most impressive youth theatre production' tells a moving story about true friendship between humans and animals and their shared love of nature.
