In search of that one brilliant invention, Pieter and Willem go on a journey through time. They end up with the Romans, where they experience a drolly comic adventure full of ribaldry and good jokes. But will they manage to save The Test Kitchen in time? "... youth theatre in the funniest sense of the word," the Volkskrant calls De Proefkeuken en de WC van tijd. "It builds on the tradition of Pieter Kramer's wooden-rope family shows, but adds a hefty smattering of unruly quirkiness, dryly comic language inventions and ballsy nonsense."
