One empty space. Four players. Pure harmony. Until something falls from the sky. Strange. New. Incomprehensible. And suddenly everything is on edge. What is this object? What can you do with it? Can you take it or do you have to share it? The unknown slides in between the players, like a killjoy or saviour. Who takes the lead? And who falls by the wayside?

Nothing what it seems

Ordinary Animals is a wordless, rhythmic and absurdly witty performance about belonging, peer pressure and the fear (or freedom) of the unknown. With percussion, humour and accurate acting, Percossa dissects man's sometimes strange fixed habits. Nothing is what it seems. A newspaper becomes a hat, a suitcase a drum and a joke can just turn into a musical fight between two towels. One thing we do know: you will be short of eyes and ears.

In Percossa's fantasy world, everything is possible and every object can have music in it. One moment you are overwhelmed by swinging rhythms on the strangest things, only to almost dream away at a small and fragile song.
