A romantic summer evening.

Get carried away by the romantic sounds of composer Robert Schumann. The programme includes Schumann's impressive Rheinische symphony; a work that captures the power and beauty of the Rhine region in music. Together with baritone Raoul Steffani, winner of the Dutch Music Prize 2023, the KSO will also perform a selection of Schumann's most beautiful songs for baritone and orchestra. These songs, full of emotion and poetry, showcase Schumann's versatility as a composer.
