A playful performance about the posh Lady and a very fuzzy dog who tells beautiful stories.
The posh Lady from a rich background befriends a very Fuzzy Dog from the park. He doesn't care what breed he is. Whether he is male or female; why should that matter? As long as he smells good. And as long as he can tell great stories!
Let the latter be exactly what Lady falls for like a log in her her rich but unimaginative life. Until she finds out he's making it all up. But... is that really such a bad thing? Can't you make your world more beautiful if reality is sometimes not so pleasant?
On fantasy, prejudices and assumptions
Lady and the Fuzzy Dog is a play about a friendship between two completely different worlds coming together. About fantasy. About prejudices, assumptions and the experience that the unknown might pleasantly surprise you. Full of Little Theatre humour, music and... lots of dogs.
About the makers
Het Kleine Theater makes theatre for young and old. Their performances are based on well-known fairy tales, old stories or beautiful songs. They give it their own twist, so it is not scary for the smallest visitor, but certainly not boring for the oldest either.
