A few years ago, Luuk did not yet know he wanted to become a comedian; meanwhile, he has a well-stocked trophy case, is a regular face of the satirical NTR programme De Fiksers (Theiksers), he warms up the audience at LUBACH and plays the balls out of his trousers in his very first full-length pop comedy show: Lach maar om mij. In it, Luuk tries to be as honest and vulnerable as possible. Whatever that means. Above all, he will do his utmost to make you laugh so hard with sharp jokes and funny songs that all your worries will for one moment cease to exist. Sounds good, right?

About Luuk
Luuk Weggemans (The Hague, 1997) graduated from the Koningstheateracademie in Den Bosch in 2022. He stood in the finals of the Groninger Student Cabaret Festival and the Amsterdam Student Cabaret Festival, winning both the jury and audience award at the latter. In 2024, he was also successful in the finals of Cameretten, where he won both the audience prize and the personality prize. Jury and press were unanimously enthusiastic.
