Marie Koet plays 'Eindspel'
Marie Koet, named the comedy talent of 2026 by the Volkskrant, will hit the theatres with her debut show Eindspel. In the current geopolitical climate, this show could well be her last. With disarming honesty, philosophical acuity and a large amount of self-mockery, she takes us through her attempts to be just one step ahead of life. Audience reactions are laudatory. Marie Koet has been named the comedy talent of 2026 by the Volkskrant, after she was also tipped as one of the comedy talents of both 2024 and 2025 by the same newspaper. She has been with Comedyclub Haug since 2022. The Volkskrant described her as 'an odd bird with sharp material'. Daily newspaper Trouw called her 'a queen of self-mockery'. Besides the stage, Marie wrote texts for De Speld and the satirical TV programme Plakshot.
