An XXL pyjama performance, or a large auditorium full of children in pyjamas. With a cuddly toy!
Robin Hood steals from the rich and gives to the poor. The classic story about this social hero, who fights greed and inequality with a bow and arrow, remains topical. Now, too, it is time for action to fight poverty.
Robin and her friends go into battle in the forest. They are helped by the tough Marian, the king's daughter. But, what can they do? Do they pick up their bows and arrows or do they come up with a clever ruse? Robin Hood, as we have come to expect from The Little Theatre, tells a recognisable story in a surprising play. An appealing performance full of acrobatic tricks, heroic music and, of course, plenty of humour. In short: the perfect ingredients for an XXL pyjama performance or a large auditorium full of children in pyjamas. With a cuddly toy.
The creators
The Little Theatre makes theatre for young and old with lots of humour and beautiful music. The performances are based on well-known fairy tales, old stories or beautiful songs. They give this their own twist. So that the story is not scary for the smallest visitor, but certainly not boring for the oldest either.
