A performance that enriches our western view of the (dance) world.
Every festival, schrit_tmacher and PLT jointly present a work focusing on dance forms from cultures and traditions from the southern hemisphere. Earlier performances have included from South Africa We wear our wheels with pride and slap your streets with colour... we said 'bonjour' to satan in 1820 by Robyn Orlin, from Burkina Faso Wakatt by Faso Danse Théâtre and from China TAO Dance Theater with the beautiful works 16 and 17.
The name of the company coming to our festival in 2027 remains a surprise for a while yet. However, we can guarantee that this performance will enrich our western view of the (dance) world. So buy your ticket now.
