A comic explosion of vulnerability and strength.
KLABAM! Welcome to Professor BOEM and her bouncing stuntman. He looks like he's made of rubber! Undaunted, he bumps and bangs on everything. Put your helmet on and go! Do you dare?
Professor BOEM is brilliant and crazy: in her crash lab, she invents the wildest experiments. And our Stuntman? He performs them all. Right in front of your eyes. POING! KABOOM! CLASH! But then things go wrong. One test too many... and Stuntman turns from rubber into glass. PING! His head, arms, legs, even his hair: all breakable. KRAK! Suddenly, he is not Stuntman. He is Stuntman. Can't do anything anymore. Dares nothing more.

The story behind Stuntelman
Stuntelman was written by Woutertje Pieterse Prize winner Benny Lindelauf and directed by Silver Cricket winner Lennart Monaster. Lennert draws on his own experience for this performance:
"In recent years, my life has totally changed because of my illness. That requires a lot of adaptability. From me but also from my children. Sometimes I can play football with them, sometimes just lie in bed for weeks. How do you deal with that? I have seen myself and my children grow from 'fighting for what was' to 'being open to what is'. That quest takes courage and that deserves a stage. For anyone who changes."
