An evening of music full of classical piano music, film music, jazz and his own compositions

Sven Figee is a pianist, organist, composer and producer. You know him as the bandleader of Sven Hammond and the Sven Hammond Big Band. As the 'house pianist' of the successful Dutch TV programme Podium Klassiek (NTR), in which he has a regular feature. Or as composer of the soundtrack for the feature film/nature documentary North Sea - Nature Untamed, which was awarded a Golden Calf for most successful documentary in the Netherlands.

In The Listening Room, everything comes together: music from his TV performances at Podium Klassiek, film music, jazz classics and his own compositions. Sven is accompanied on stage by a young band full of super talents.
