It doesn't get any closer to the original!
Following their unforgettable performance this year at AFAS LIVE, The Dire Straits Experience return to the Netherlands for The Long Highway Tour 2027. In a spectacular show, original member Chris White and his six world-class musicians bring the legendary sounds of Dire Straits to life.
The best you can hear since the original formation
For countless loyal fans, it felt like the end of the world in 1995 when the Dire Straits stopped performing. But thanks to those same passionate fans, the legendary rock formation's music is more alive today than ever. The Dire Straits Experience is regarded worldwide as the best you can hear since the original formation - you won't get any closer to the original. Expect an immersive show full of iconic hits such as Sultans of Swing, Money for Nothing, Private Investigations and many other classics. Performed with the passion and precision you would expect from a top band.
Accessibility at Standing Concerts
At standing concerts, the venue is set up exclusively for standing audiences. There are no regular seats available. During the booking process, your ticket is currently labelled as a ‘place’. For standing concerts, this always refers to a standing place.
Due to the layout of the venue and for safety reasons, bringing your own seating equipment, such as chairs, stools or rollators (walking frames), is not permitted.
A limited number of wheelchair spaces are available at each standing concert. If you require a wheelchair space, please contact our Tickets & Service team before booking your tickets. They will be happy to inform you about the available options and availability.
