Waylon with Time Jumper once again in Theater Heerlen!
In Time Jumper, Waylon and his band take you on a time journey through country music. Country runs as a thread through the singer/guitarist's life. The title of this theatre concert refers to his country album of the same name, which he recorded with The Time Jumpers; a group of top musicians from Nashville, fusing western swing, classic country and jazz into a virtuoso and nostalgic sound.
A rich tradition and unique sound
Besides an exceptional singer, Waylon reveals himself in Time Jumper as a true storyteller. Driven by his passion for country music, he tells which artists and songs have inspired him over the years and how all these sources of inspiration eventually come together in the music on Time Jumper. " Time Jumper is a tribute to the music I love so much," Waylon says: "I'm proud to be able to follow my own dream with this album."
