Synopsis
In a laboratory in a castle high up in the mountains, a mad professor brings his monstrous creations to life. Stitch Head is the first to be created and is therefore given the task of looking after all the other monsters and hiding them from the people in the village down in the valley. If those people were to discover a castle full of monsters, they might well storm the mountain with pitchforks! Stitch Head ensures the monsters behave themselves and thus remain undetected. But that becomes a bloody difficult task when, one day, a monster circus arrives in the village, whose director is frantically searching for new attractions to terrify the audience. Before long, he’s standing at the castle gates, promising Stitch Head fame, fortune and love. Can Stitch Head resist this offer?
Stitch Head, one of the Cinekid programmers’ favourites, is a topical, but above all funny, musical and adventurous film for the whole family. Stitch Head is voiced by Asa Butterfield (Sex Education).

Cinekid On Tour in Heerlen!
This autumn half-term, Cinekid is coming to Heerlen! During Cinekid On Tour, from Sunday 18 October to Sunday 25 October, you can enjoy the latest and best children’s films at SCHUNCK and at Filmhuis de Spiegel in Theater Heerlen. There’s a programme for children aged 4 to 12. As well as the film screenings, there are various activities at SCHUNCK based on the films.
